Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Scent Report and the subscription services available at scentreport.com. By subscribing or creating an account, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Scent Report is a weekly intelligence briefing for independent perfume brands, delivered by email every Thursday. Each issue covers fragrance market signals, note momentum, community activity, brand developments, and industry news, based on the subscription tier selected at checkout.

The scope, format, and content of the briefing may evolve over time. Significant changes will be communicated by email before they take effect.

Scent Report offers two subscription tiers: Signal and Intel. Prices are shown at the point of purchase and billed monthly or annually, as selected. All payments are processed by Stripe. Scent Report does not store payment card details.

Founding member pricing is available to the first 20 subscribers. It locks the discounted rate for 12 months from the date of first charge and applies only to the tier selected at signup.

By subscribing, you authorize Scent Report to charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing period until you cancel. If a charge fails, access to subscriber features may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.

Prices may change with 30 days' notice sent to your subscription email. The new price takes effect at the start of your next billing period after the notice period ends.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to subscriber features through that date. No partial-period refunds are issued.

If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, you are entitled to a full refund. Requests must be submitted by email to legal@scentreport.com within that window. After 7 days, no refund is issued for the current billing period.

All reports, analysis, data, and supporting materials published by Scent Report are the intellectual property of Scent Report. Subscribers may use the content for their own internal business purposes.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, resell, or share subscription content outside your organization in any form, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from Scent Report.

You agree to use Scent Report for lawful purposes only. You may not share account credentials or forward subscription content to people outside your organization as a substitute for their own subscription. You may not use the service to compile data for a competing intelligence product.

Scent Report is an intelligence and information product. It is not investment advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of commercial outcome. The analysis reflects the current state of publicly observable signals and is provided for informational purposes only.

Scent Report makes no warranty, express or implied, that the information is complete, accurate, timely, or suitable for any specific business decision. Use of the service is at your own discretion and risk.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Scent Report's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the total amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Scent Report is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Scent Report may update these terms with 30 days' notice sent to your subscription email address. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Disputes arising from use of the service will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
